The smartphones are available in world wide & influence quality of life & educational environment. We investigated the relationship between the smartphone dependency & their quality of sleep.
A questionnaire survey conducted of 239 students at a university by random selection. This survey consisted of basic questions, PSQI and Self-rated smartphone addiction scale for adults. We used the T-test, one way ANOVA & the linear regression analysis.
There is a correlation between smartphone dependency & the quality of sleep & the more severe the dependency, the more likely that the quality of sleep might fall.
