Objectives

• Identify and assess educational risk profiles in our Hospital

 Two half – day workshops on educational risk analysis were organized

on September 2012.

•  Divide the medical teaching staffs into 3 groups
• Assign each group to discuss one of the 3 different major aspects of educational risks
