Conclusion

In the nursing professional development process, nurses pay more attention to clinical teaching. The preceptor model also has been well documented in the nursing literature and has received widespread acceptance as a clinical teaching model(Horton, DePaoli, Hertach, Bower, 2012). Preceptors aimed for professionalism in their students by teaching the students to reflect on what they can do independently as nurses (Carlson, Pilhammar, Wann-Hansson, 2010) , but the situation are the same for new nurse training. Therefore, to understand the nurse preceptor's teaching believes and clinical teaching strategies in teaching process, clinical teaching is people-oriented, but also attention to naturalistic experiential learning, and by the influence of constructivism develop clinical teaching strategies; clinical teaching process, teachers create an experiential learning process, educators can encourage active participation; during the boot process of teaching, teachers may provide scaffolding learners and to encourage learners to find study partners to support learners.

In the nurse preceptors' professional development process, nurses pay more attention to clinical teaching and self-directed learning about clinical teaching. To understand the nurse preceptor's professional development process will be helpful for their training program .
